Agreements

Scheduling

• Weekly lessons — Lessons will be scheduled for the same day/time each week. If I have a conflict, I will give notice in advance and offer an opportunity to make up the lesson at another day/time.

• As needed — Lessons will be scheduled on an as-needed basis.

Cancellation

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your/your student’s lesson for the week. Without proper notice, I ask that I still be compensated for reserving the time of the lesson (with the exception to illness or emergency). To notify me of a cancellation, please call, text, email, or tell me in person. If you wish to discontinue lessons indefinitely, please consider providing at least one week’s notice so that I might have the opportunity to properly close out with a student.
